Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Windows Server 2016–2025 administration experience.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Azure and Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Networking fundamentals: firewalls, switches, connectivity.
• Experience with backup solutions and endpoint security tools.
• MSP experience is desirable.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work full-time with on-call rotation.
• Remote-home-office readiness with required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
• Manage server environments running Windows Server 2016–2025.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud services (Azure, Entra ID, AD, 365).
• Support virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Resolve application issues including Sage ERP and QuickBooks.
• Maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
• Protect systems with endpoint security and backups.
• Assist and guide technical teams, acting as escalation point.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain CSAT targets.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations.
