You will be assigned clients to support, learn the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with Implementation Consultants to move clients through the HR4Way process, building knowledge and confidence in HR operations.

Qualifications

• University or college graduate with 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Interest in HR operations and learning the HR4Way.

Responsibilities

• Setup support and quality: ensure client setups are ready for the client.
• Support Consultants through the HR4Way process.
• Review client employee data, policies, and job descriptions for accuracy.
• Audit new setups against the checklist before handoff.
