Job summary

IBM’s SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice is hiring across Consultant to Senior Managing Consultant levels. This primarily remote role with travel up to 4 days/week supports nationwide Canada, ideally near a major airport.

You will design, implement, and integrate HR technology landscapes across SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA HCM, UKG, WorkForce Software, and more. You will lead workshops, coordinate offshore configuration teams, drive testing and post-go-live support, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles, leading complex interface design and resolving issues.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects with Core-Hybrid/Talent-Hybrid deployments.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive complex interface architecture and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA HCM.
• Oversee offshore teams and provide technical leadership across IBM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams to deliver integrated HR technology landscapes.
