Job summary

Bell invites you to join a four-month HR internship program designed to accelerate your professional growth. You will rotate through Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning Strategy, gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations within a leading Canadian employer.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with mentors and leaders to deliver real impact while building your network and pursuing a potential pathway to a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduating spring 2028 or spring 2029.
• Pursuing a university bachelor's degree or college diploma in HRM, IR, or Business Management.
• Willing to work in-person at a Bell office in Toronto or Montreal at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning Strategy teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that build a talent advantage and improve employee experience.
• Engage with leaders and peers to develop professional networks and project outcomes.
• Assist in HR analytics and reporting activities as part of program rotation.
