Job summary
Goderich Toyota, part of The Humberview Group, seeks a Junior Sales Representative to join its team in Goderich. You’ll learn to guide customers through the sales journey—from vehicle selection to pricing, financing, and delivery—while building relationships in a performance-driven environment.
In this role, compensation is commission-based, ranging from $60,000 to $110,000 per year with potential to earn more.
Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC license required.
- G driver's license required.
- Automotive sales experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset.
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of products, prices, features, and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and information regarding vehicles for sale.
- Complete automobile sales while offering additional products/services.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Build a network of referrals to create new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain professionalism and portray the company positively.
- Perform other duties as required.
