Job summary

Applewood Chevrolet Buick GMC in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the Humberview Group family. You’ll guide customers through the full sales journey — from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery — and build lasting relationships on the shop floor.

This role offers commission-based earnings from CAD 65,000 to CAD 100,000 per year with upside based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Mandarin proficiency is an asset.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, prices, features, and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

Compensation: Commission-based ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 a year - potential to earn more based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Mandarin proficiency is considered an asset.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends as necessary.
