Job summary

The 401 Group is seeking motivated individuals for automotive sales in Cambridge, Ontario. No experience is required as all employees are trained. You will work with customers, build relationships, and guide them through sales and leasing of vehicles across multiple brands.

With a commission-based pay plan, the role offers strong earning potential and growth opportunities. Must have a valid G driver’s license; OMVIC license is an asset. Location: Cambridge, ON.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify wants and needs based on approval rates.
• Create relationships through phone consults and in-person meetings.
• Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products.
• Monitor DealerTrack for leads.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, and offering warranties and financing.
• Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities.
• Follow-up after delivery to maintain relationships for future purchases.
• Follow OMVIC & MVDA regulations.
