If you’re a Journeyperson Heavy‑Duty Mechanic or Journeyperson Electrician with hands‑on power generation experience, Finning can support you on your journey to get your Dual Ticket.
Service, troubleshoot and repair heavy electrical and power generation equipment. Perform maintenance and overhauls on natural gas and diesel engines, compressors, generators and attachments. Load test power generation equipment. Service, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild mechanical equipment (including general maintenance to full rebuilds of CAT engines). Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment.
A condition of employment may include the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices may be considered Equivalent Tickets with power experience will be considered.
