Finning Canada is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician/HET to join our Power & Energy service team in Edmonton. You will install, commission, test, maintain and troubleshoot CAT generator sets, battery energy storage systems, distribution/control systems, and air compressors while delivering safe, high‑quality service on customer sites across the region.
The role requires field-based work with a 7x7 continuous shift, competitive wages with premiums, per diem and travel accommodations.

Finning Canada is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician/HET to join our Power & Energy service team, supporting Caterpillar (CAT) generator systems across a variety of customer sites and industries. This role is primarily responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting/repairs of CAT generator sets, battery energy storage systems, electrical distribution/control systems, and compressed air products. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical capability, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a field based environment while representing Finning and Caterpillar to the highest standard.
Shift: 7x7 continuous shift (Wednesday - Tuesday)
Location: Edmonton
Logistics: This is a mobile position, this job will be ‘on the road’ for the entire shift (accommodations/per diem provided)
