Job summary

A medium-sized trade company based in Saskatoon is looking for skilled individuals to perform pipefitting work. Responsibilities include scheduling materials, liaising with management, and ensuring system integrity through proper installation and testing. The ideal candidate must hold a Steamfitter and Pipefitter Red Seal Certificate and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with a pay of $45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials, tools, and personnel.

• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials, tools and personnel

• Join pipes and piping sections using soldering and welding equipment
• Test system for leaks using air or liquid pressure equipment
• Clean and maintain pipe units and fittings and flush system
• Cut openings for pipe in walls, floors and ceilings using hand or power tools or machines
• Install supports, valves, piping and control systems
• Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size
• Select type and size of pipe required
• Test system for leaks using testing equipment
