Qualifications

• Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journeyman/Red Seal).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experience inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs and diagnostics.
• Mentor apprentices and support skill development.
• Collaborate with a team on various vehicles from cars to light trucks.
• Identify service opportunities with Sales.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
