Kal Tire is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson) to perform routine maintenance through complex repairs at our Calgary location, 10999- 40 St SE. Qualifications

• Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal)
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments
• Experience in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing expertise and supporting their skill development.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
