Upcoming responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic controls, building panels, and supporting customer service commitments. A strong safety mindset and valid driver's license are essential for this permanent position with local wage incentives.

Qualifications

• Interprovincial Electrician Certification FSRA or FSRB credential would be considered an asset
• Power Generation experience would be considered an asset
• Generator Rebuild experience would be considered an asset
• Heavy Duty Mechanical experience or certification would be considered an asset
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract

Important Details

• This position is based out of Whitehorse on a 14x14 Continuous Shift.
• Regional Wage allowance available for local residents
• This role will require field work in remote locations
• A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
• Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement
• Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
