Job summary

InnovMetric Software in Quebec City is hiring an IT Technician to ensure smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and collaborate with colleagues globally. You will configure Windows workstations, support software and hardware, manage access via Salesforce/AD/M365, and assist the development team.

The role calls for a DEC in CS, 3–5 years IT support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and cloud tech.

Qualifications

• Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Active Directory, networking and cloud technologies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and IT equipment with confidence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer service mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Occasional evening or weekend support may be required.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure/Intune, NinjaOne, and VMware is an asset.

Join our IT team in Quebec as an IT Technician. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure while collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally.

• Show strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrate intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Be available to occasionally provide support during evenings or weekends in response to incidents
• Have knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure/Intune, NinjaOne, and VMware (considered an asset)
