Job summary

InnovMetric is seeking a Back-End Developer to shape the PolyWorks|DataLoop back-end architecture and secure APIs. You will contribute to scalable services, assist with cloud deployments in Azure and AWS, and work across the software stack to improve performance and security.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Agile principles, and participate in IAM efforts while delivering high-quality, maintainable code. French and English communication needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing maintainable, scalable back-end architectures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software patterns (SOLID).
• Experience with unit and integration testing is required.
• Good command of French and intermediate English (spoken and written).

As a Back-End Developer, you will contribute to the development of our service-oriented back-end architecture, web interfaces, and secure APIs used to connect with various systems. In addition, you will play a key role in researching innovative solutions and optimizing our customers' business processes.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance back-end services
• Developing and integrating secure APIs to enable communication between various applications and systems
• Contributing to the evolution of the PolyWorks|DataLoop software infrastructure
• Participating in identity and access management initiatives while ensuring secure system-to-system communications
• Working within server and cloud environments to ensure the reliability and performance of our solutions
• Collaborating with development teams to define sustainable architectures and address business needs
• Performing rigorous testing to ensure the quality, stability, and security of developed solutions

Qualifications

• Program in a clear and structured way while considering requirements related to maintenance, modularity, scalability, and compatibility
• Demonstrate good analytical and design skills, with the ability to manage projects autonomously
• Have experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles (SOLID, design patterns) and proficiency in C#
• Be self-driven, able to manage priorities effectively, and ensure appropriate follow-up on tasks and projects
• Have a good command of French and an intermediate level of English (oral and written)*
