Job summary

InnovMetric Software is looking for a skilled professional to provide technical support for PolyWorks® solutions in Canada. The successful candidate will conduct customer training sessions and perform tailored software demonstrations.

Applicants must hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and be bilingual in French and English. The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary, group insurance, and the option to work from home part-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers
• Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team
• Participate in events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes
• Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (bilingualism is required)*
• Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs
