Job summary

You will install, configure and upgrade computers and software, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage inventory, and provide user training as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent recognised by the competent authority with two years of experience.
• Competency in English and French; valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and demonstrate organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computers and peripherals; ensure compatibility.
• Install, configure and upgrade software and in-house programs; troubleshoot problems.
• Assist users, provide information, and refer to qualified personnel as needed.
• Keep hardware/software inventory up to date.
• Train new data processing operators and coordinate support staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.
