Job summary

Actualisation: HR Solutions for Businesses is seeking a field IT support professional in Montreal. The role involves installing IT products, including hardware, software, printers, PCs, laptops and networking equipment, across client sites.

You will manage user accounts, update documentation, and communicate with customers at all levels. Travel is expected; you will escalate issues as needed and follow SOPs while collaborating across the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license required.
• Experience: 2 years minimum.
• Must be fluent in French (written and spoken) and have a good knowledge of English.
• DEC or AEC in computer science (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Installs IT products and infrastructure (hardware, software, printers, PCs, laptops, networks).
• Performs account management and maintenance for applications and systems.
• Keeps notes and documentation updated via ticketing systems; communicates with customers at all levels.
• Follows SLA guidelines and provides status updates to end users.
