Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking an IT Specialist L3 (Implementation Specialist) to join the MSP Corp East team in Kingston for a 3-month on-site contract. You will manage hardware, software, and network systems, delivering reliable IT services and project work with a collaborative team.

The role requires 4–7 years of IT support, DEC in Computer Science or related field, strong Cloud/Windows skills (Azure, M365, Intune) and bilingual French-English communication.

Qualifications

• DEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–7 years of IT support or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with virtualization, networking, and cloud tech (Azure/M365).
• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site client support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Create and maintain system configuration and project documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Configure Autopilot, Intune policies, and migrations to cloud environments.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver customer outcomes.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Specialist L3 ( Implementation Specialist)to join the MSP Corp. East team.

About the Role

AsIT Specialist 3 (Implementation Specialist)youwill be responsible for providing remote and on-site support to clients, managing their hardware, software, and network systems, and ensuring optimal system availability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful MSP system administration and project delivery in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Location: Kingston
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Work Mode: On-site

What you will do

• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, administration, and project related implementations.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure and M365 solutions in order to assist or carry out projects like the following:
  • Implementation of Autopilot (hybrid/cloud joined)
  • Implementation of Intune policies ensuring proper configuration of devices and/or users
  • Application packaging for Intune
  • Migration of environments from on-prem to cloud in planned and staged manner.
  • Windows 365 / AVD deployments
  • File migration to SharePoint or Azure file share.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
• Collaboration with internal teams and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives to deliver the desired satisfactory customer experience.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What you will need

• Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
• DEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
