IT Recruiter – REMOTE

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Sourcer to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. If you have a background in IT recruitment and the ability to understand our business needs, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  3. Establish best strategies to source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other innovative channels.
  4. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  6. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  8. Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work."

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
  2. Strong experience in sourcing specialized pools of candidates.
  3. Strong ability to present and sell the organization to candidates.
  4. Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify suitable candidates.
  5. Action-oriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
  6. Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. In-depth knowledge of B2B environments.
  8. Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cutting-edge programming languages, including AI.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Strong decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  3. Experience in full-cycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
