Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our London, Ontario team. You will work on a cross-functional IT group, delivering integrated client experiences with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

You’ll support the National Helpdesk, configure devices, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A technical test may be required.

Qualifications

• Three-year diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related program.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a professional technology setting.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, and Modern Desktop Administrator are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support as part of the National Helpdesk.
• Set up and configure computer hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals; address routine and complex issues.
• Administer user accounts and related activities.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding for end users.
• Provide professional support via telephone, email and chat; document problem-solving steps.
• Record, track and document the resolution process for helpdesk requests.
• Travel occasionally to client locations or Dillon offices for delivery and relationship development.
