BDC is seeking an IT Operations and Performance Coordinator to support procurement for IT projects. You will manage consultant renewals, supplier relationships, and costs while aligning with Procurement Policy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities are essential, with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. The role requires interaction across IT and procurement teams, with bilingual English/French communication and proficiency in the Office suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Knowledge of IT contracts, professional services, and procurement practices.
• Understanding IT teams' operations and procurement needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate consultant contract renewals and deadlines.
• Manage waiver requests and documentation for consultants.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in ServiceNow.
• Prepare procurement documentation ensuring service levels and security requirements.
• Guide IT teams on Procurement Policy and processes.
