Cogeco Connexion Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist/Coordinator to manage financial tracking, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, and end-to-end procurement across technical initiatives in Burlington, ON.

The role bridges Corporate Finance with Engineering/IT operations and requires strong ERP and FinOps expertise. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial tracking and procurement, with ERP proficiency and bilingual English/French communication skills to collaborate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial tracking, procurement, or business operations.
• Experience in telco or large IT deployments is a plus.
• Advanced hands-on experience with ERP systems for procurement, POs, and requisitions.
• Workday experience is an added value.
• Ability to create and maintain real-time dashboards and KPIs with data.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and enforce capitalization guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end procurement in ERP, including POs and vendor SOWs.
• Resolve 3-way matching discrepancies with AP and vendors.
• Monitor PO burn rates and alert leads to prevent budget overruns.
• Partner with Network Engineering and IT leadership as financial liaison.
• Track capital milestones and decommission legacy assets.
• Develop dynamic financial models and real-time dashboards.
