Identify, test, and implement digital solutions that support construction and field-based workflows. Stay ahead of technology trends relevant to construction and industrial sectors.
  • Systems Development & Management: Oversee the evolution of InSite to ensure it continues to meet business needs across job costing, IMS, compliance, document control, procurement, training, and field support. Manage development requests and coordinate with the in-house contract Software Developer. Ensure systems integrate smoothly with construction project controls and reporting expectations.
  • Vendor & Partner Oversight: Manage the relationship with third-party IT provider PlexxTech, ensuring service quality, cybersecurity, and proactive IT support. Negotiate contracts and evaluate new technology vendors for best value and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Provide leadership to IT resources, fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence. Act as the internal champion for digital adoption, guiding teams through training and change management. Support all departments with IT strategies tailored to their needs and challenges.
