Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
• Lead service desk operations and infrastructure team performance.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans.
• Align IT budgets and roadmaps with business needs.
• Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and SOWs/RFPs.
