We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative ATS Transition & Training Specialist to join our Operational Readiness team. Reporting to the Director, Service Planning and Operational Readiness, this impactful role will support the activation of Niagara Health's new hospital by leading and coordinating transition, training, and operational readiness activities related to the Automated Transport System (ATS).
The ATS Transition & Training Specialist is a key member of the Operational Readiness team supporting the implementation and adoption of Niagara Health's Automated Transport System (ATS). The ATS supports material movement across Food Services, Logistics, Linen, Waste, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR).
Working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, vendor partners, and internal project groups, the successful candidate will support workflow integration, testing, training, user readiness, and change management activities to ensure safe and effective ATS operations.
A key focus of this role is coordinating ATS training, simulations, workflow validation, and orientation programs to ensure staff readiness for Day 1 operations and successful long-term adoption. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support complex operational change initiatives.
