Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience or related schooling.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with AD, Entra ID, Intune, VPN, printers is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead user onboarding and offboarding, managing accounts and devices.
• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows platforms.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365.
• Maintain hardware inventory, documentation, and procedures.
• Support security and compliance and assist with audits.
