As we continue our growth trajectory, we are looking for a driven, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our Technology team.
Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00
Position Type: Current Vacancy
You will be the first point of contact for IT issues across the company. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and you will own the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, making sure every new hire has a seamless first day and every departure is handled securely. You will work independently, managing incoming requests through our ticketing system and escalating anything beyond your scope.
This role is based out of London, Ontario, where onsite presence is required to support employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware handling. Candidates in the London and surrounding areas are ideally positioned.
