Kinectrics is offering a Winter 2027 co-op in Information Technology at our Toronto campus. You will provide Tier 1 Help Desk support, assist with end-user issues, and gain hands-on experience with our network and hardware infrastructure.

This on-site role is ideal for students seeking practical IT experience during their co-op term. Successful candidates are enrolled in a full-time IT program, proficient in Windows 10/11 and MS 365, with solid communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a full-time post-secondary IT program with a coop placement.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and basic IT infrastructure.
• Experience with scripting, PowerShell, or similar is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support during core business hours.
• Triage and dispatch tickets via phone or email.
• Assist with hardware/software troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support Kinectrics network, desktops, and laptops.
