Job summary

ManagePoint Technologies Inc. is seeking a co-op IT Service Desk role in London, Ontario.

You will triage client issues, categorize tickets, and resolve or escalate them while also assisting with on-site visits and project implementations such as IT infrastructure builds and security projects. You will gain hands-on experience through client sites, with opportunities to contribute to budgeting, process improvements, and rollout planning.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and resolve IT problems quickly and efficiently.
• Install/ Support/ Maintain PCs and peripheral devices.
• Windows, Linux, and Mac OS Knowledge.
• Proficient with Security such as Encryption and MFA.
• Strong Customer Service and Empathy skills.
