Job summary

Teknion - Family of Brands in Toronto, ON is seeking a Student Co-op to join the Workplace Technology team as a Support Technician. The role provides Helpdesk support across multiple IT tools and systems, focusing on triage of tickets and Level 1 assistance.

You will help ensure SLAs are met and contribute to documenting procedures, and participate in process improvements and various IT projects as part of the team. This is a full-time student co-op position for January 2027.

Qualifications

• Ongoing education in IT related field
• Physical ability to move hardware and equipment
• Ability to travel to different locations around GTA

Responsibilities

• Triage helpdesk tickets
• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support
• Ensure helpdesk ticket system SLAs are met
• Work through the process to install, uninstall hardware and software
• Create and improve documentation and knowledge base
• Participate in establishing and developing processes
• Participate in various IT-related projects
