Job summary

The City of Kelowna is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Full Stack Developer on a 12-month term appointment. Join our agile team to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services.

You will integrate ERP, Revenue and Asset Management systems, drive Power Platform adoption, and work in a cross-functional environment delivering secure, reliable solutions with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
5+ years’ experience with .NET and Azure.
Proven cloud expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Extensive experience with the Power Platform.
Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture to support integrated solutions.
Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices for streamlined solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft .NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services.
Integrate and enhance enterprise systems such as ERP, Revenue and Asset Management Systems.
Transform digital processes with a focus on automation and reuse.
Stay up to date with current trends and technologies, keeping the City at the forefront of innovation.
Drive adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform, establishing standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across departments.
Work in an Agile team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that align with the City’s strategic goals for operational efficiency and innovation.
