Job summary

Select People Solutions is seeking an organized Invoicing Clerk for our client in Lethbridge, Alberta. In this full-time, temporary role, you will prepare, process, and verify invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, track payments, and help with payroll verification and records.

You should have hands-on invoicing experience, be proficient with QuickBooks or Sage, and excel at data entry, accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a busy financial office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing and AP/AR processes.
• Proficient with QuickBooks or Sage or similar systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and verify customer and vendor invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Track payments, outstanding balances, and billing discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll preparation, timesheet verification, and employee records.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support account reconciliations.
