Novlan Bros Sales Partnership is seeking an on-site Accounting Clerk to manage daily financial transactions and reporting at our Saskatchewan location. This role supports accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash management while ensuring accuracy and timely filing of records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a college diploma in accounting or related credential, and proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting.

Qualifications

• College certificate or diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of common accounting software and data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Manage accounts payable.
• Invoice clients.
• Collect payments from debtors.
• Store, update and retrieve financial data.
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing and record keeping.
• Perform general office duties.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Prepare reports.
• Manage cash.
