TEKsystems in Toronto, ON is hiring a Customer Service Analyst to join a busy investment services team. You will support internal business partners with investment questions, including transfers, RSPs, TFSAs, mutual funds and tax inquiries, with a mix of inbound calls, emails and case management.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of customer service experience, knowledge of investment products (Registered vs Non-Registered), and strong written and verbal English communication.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of customer service experience; phone experience a plus.
• Knowledge of investment products (Registered vs Non-Registered).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls (10–20 per day, 30+ on busy days); respond to emails; create and manage cases.
• Provide guidance on investment products, processes, policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within guidelines; keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain accurate records to support efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in team projects and process improvements.
• Stay updated on procedures and assist newer team members.

Conhecimentos

Formação académica

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or similar investment qualification
