Global Technical Talent is seeking an Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract in Toronto, Hybrid—4 days in office. The role provides volume support in a call center environment, with 80% outbound calls and timely follow-up of client transfers into TD Wealth.

• Strong Excel skills, including macros and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and update internal systems.
• Operate within a call center environment with high outbound volume.
• Conduct timely follow-up on client transfers into TD Wealth (~80% of daily functions).
• Perform data entry in in-house systems (~20% of daily functions).
• Collaborate with ISM, Kofax, and in-house Case Management software.
• Participate in a daily 15-minute huddle.
