Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Analyst Investment Operations for a 6-month contract in Toronto. You will support investment closings, review documentation, set up systems and process settlements to ensure smooth transaction execution.

You will manage daily trading activity, cash events and the lifecycle of investment transactions while maintaining accurate records, positions and reconciliations. The role involves complex fixed income transactions and regular valuation reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment operations experience.
• Experience with fixed income.
• Strong understanding of settlements, reconciliations, valuations and asset servicing.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• CFA, CPA or CSC is an asset.
