Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Analyst - Investment Operations, Private Asset for a 6-month on-site assignment in downtown Toronto. You will support the operational administration of private investment portfolios and maintain transaction records.

The role requires 3+ years in investment operations and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, enhance controls, and help with month-end activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset servicing, middle office, or related financial services.
• Exposure to private markets or alternative investments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

SETUP: on-site 5 days/week in downtown Toronto
