The Inventory Specialist supports the Ontario Service Hub by monitoring the availability of parts, optimizing inventory levels, and reducing hold for parts (HFP) due to missing components. This role plays a key part in improving repair turnaround times through effective inventory management, data‑driven analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. The Inventory Specialist will work closely with both Canadian and U.S. service teams to monitor part health, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate min/max settings to ensure service efficiency and operational continuity.
