Techtronic Industries Canada, Inc. in Georgina, ON, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to monitor parts availability, optimize stock levels, and support repair turnaround times through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Canadian and U.S. service teams, leverage Excel and Oracle ERP, and participate in cycle counts and procurement activity. Competitive base salary and bonus included.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, formula logic)
• 2+ years in inventory, supply chain, or operations support roles
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset to identify issues and drive solutions
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication across departments
• Experience supporting or learning ERP systems (Oracle experience is a strong asset)

• Monitor open service orders and identify opportunities to complete repairs using in-house inventory
• Coordinate sourcing of parts and oversee Share the Spare requests across Canadian and U.S. locations
• Leverage Power BI scorecards and usage trends to reduce tool holds and enable single-touch repairs
• Review min/max settings and analyze obsolete or discontinued SKUs to reduce dead stock
• Maintain relationships with U.S. Product Service teams for SKU transitions
• Participate in weekly health calls to address Canadian inventory issues and action scrap requests

This role plays a key part in improving repair turnaround times through effective inventory management, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
