Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. in North York, ON, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – THD Order Management to maintain orders, ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment within our Milwaukee brand operations.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain/order management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with Sales, Demand, and cross-functional teams to optimize order flow and accuracy while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order flow and execute critical order steps.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Demand teams to fix pricing and inventory issues.
  • Ensure orders are released and processed on time to meet requirements.
  • Support fill-rate targets by coordinating with THD’s IPR team on order expectations.
  • Coordinate with US teams to secure Canada’s forecasted inventory.

Position Description

The Supply Chain Analyst – THD Order Management is responsible for maintaining orders as well as ensuring order accuracy and on-time fulfillment. You will have the responsibility of order fulfillment, distribution planning and system execution. Reacting to challenges that arise, you will mitigate risk to customer satisfaction and financial impacts. A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and be able to react quickly to challenges.

What You Will Do
  • Manage order flow and execute critical order steps
  • Work with Sales and Demand teams to correct pricing and inventory issues
  • Ensure orders are released and processed on time to meet compliance requirements
  • Assist Demand in hitting fill rate targets by working closely with THD’s IPR team and aligning on order expectations
  • Collaborate with US counterparts to secure Canada’s forecasted inventory
  • Work to continuously improve internal processes and metrics
  • Review and dispute shipping compliance fines where necessary
What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or another relevant discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to efficiently manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple areas of the business
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on improving processes and key performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to identify challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborative team player who takes ownership and works effectively with cross-functional teams
