Job summary

McDougall Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join the Timmins, Ontario branch. You will reconcile fuel invoices, process billing, and support operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

The role demands strong numeracy, solid computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced team. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion.
• Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.
• Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution.
• Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines.
• Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.
• Other duties as assigned.
