Job summary

Your main responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing assigned customer accounts, qualifying leads, and providing responsive sales and technical support. On a daily basis, you’ll work closely with several teams, including account managers, customer service, marketing, operations, supply chain, and technical support. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the agricultural and industrial aftermarket, build trusting relationships, and work toward customer retention and sales growth goals
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and conduct structured outbound call and email campaigns to develop existing accounts, reactivate inactive customers, and qualify new leads
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate products, parts, programs, and business solutions, in collaboration with technical and product specialists
• Prepare and follow up on bids, proposals, price quotes, and promotional offers
• Resolve common customer concerns professionally and elevate complex sales, technical, or service issues to the appropriate partner
• Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM records for accounts, contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, bids, next steps, and results
