Job summary

Sephora Canada in Langley is seeking an Interim Manager to oversee all services, classes and events at the store, supporting in-store Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio operations and staff.

You will manage the Beauty Studio daily, mentor the team, drive client experience through in-store technology, coordinate Online Reservation, plan events, and foster training, development and performance feedback for Beauty Advisors; you will often act as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence business partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all services, classes and events in the store and oversee Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio operations.
• Coordinate in-store technology innovations to elevate the client experience.
• Oversee the Online Reservation system, publish availability and schedule classes.
• Plan and staff in-store events to maximize learning and sales opportunities.
• Manage training and certifications for Beauty Advisors and provide development opportunities.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff.
