Job summary

Sephora Canada in Langley, BC is seeking an Interim Client Experience Manager for a 12-month contract to oversee Beauty Studio operations and drive exceptional client service. The role involves managing reservations, events, staff development, and performance feedback in a dynamic, beauty-focused store environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and train store leaders to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Beauty Studio Management: Manage daily operations at the Beauty Studio and ensure training for the Coordinator, Beauty Studio.
• Embracing Innovation: Ensure Beauty Advisors leverage technology to provide an elevated in-store experience.
• Client Experience: Manage the Online Reservation system; publish availability and classes; ensure staffing supports increased services and efficient check-in.
• Event Management: Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
• Training & Development: Manage development and certifications for Beauty Advisors, elevating artistry skills.
• Performance Assessment & Development: Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Passionate about Clients: Regularly act as Manager on Duty within the store and engage with clients on-stage.
