Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Client Experience Manager for an 18-month contract in Edmonton. You will oversee Beauty Studio operations, manage events, and drive a superior client experience while leading Beauty Advisors and coordinating training and development.

Responsibilities include staffing, leveraging technology to enhance services, and acting as Manager on Duty to engage both staff and clients in-store. Strong communication and team-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Studio and ensure staff training for effective Studio management.
• Champion technology innovations to enhance in-store experiences for clients.
• Oversee Online Reservation system, staffing levels and client check-in efficiency.
• Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize learning and sales opportunities.
• Direct training and certifications for Beauty Advisors and elevate their artistry.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on stage.
