Qualifications

• Hospitality/service background preferred.
• Sales experience in outside/inside roles preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service; handle inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims and billing.
• Collaborate with the agent to meet marketing goals.
