Job summary

Desjardins Agent is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to support the Desjardins Agent Team in Toronto, Liberty Village. The role focuses on developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.

You will provide prompt and friendly customer service, respond to inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, and policy changes, and assist with billing clarifications.

You will be hired to work at The Personal Insurance Company (“The Personal”) for a period of up to 60 days to allow you to complete training and licensing. If training and licensing are successfully completed, you will be considered for employment with an independent contractor Desjardins Agent.
