Placements24 is supporting a client in Kimberley, Canada, hiring an Insurance Product Development Specialist to lead the creation and enhancement of innovative insurance products. The role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and collaboration across actuarial, underwriting, marketing, and legal teams.

You will translate market needs into competitive offerings, design product features and pricing, and develop launch plans while monitoring performance and ensuring regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the insurance industry with focus on product development or management.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new insurance products.
