Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Uptown office in Victoria, BC. This role leads a collaborative sales team, promotes insurance products, and delivers exceptional client service to grow the branch business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the industry, holds a Level 2 broker license, and may possess CAIB/CIP and a post-secondary degree. Compensation is hourly; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of industry experience.
• Insurance broker Level 2 license.
• Bonus! Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members.
• Guide and support sales agents to attain expected targets and monitor branch reports for KPIs.
• Seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
